About Us

My name is Tino.  I'm an IT professional and I currently live in the South Charlotte area with my wife Mercedes and 1 year old son Lorenzo.  We are currently living in an apt and have been for the past few years but we need more space so we are building our first home.  We looked in many places but the Indian Land, SC area really appealed to us because it is so close to South Charlotte(I guess it is still considered part of the South Charlotte metro area) and it has the lower taxes and better schools of Lancaster County.  So we feel we are getting the best of both worlds.  Plus the Rosemont community has lots of amenities and seems like a nice place.
